The Miami-Dade County Community Action Agency (CAA) Arcola Headstart facility is an early education center located in the City of Miami, Arcola neighborhood. The center is intended to serve the residents of the area of Arcola, Liberty City, Little Haiti and West Little River. Consisting of six classrooms and a multi-purpose space the facility will hold early childhood development programs.

The work consists of a new Headstart center facility for early childhood learning in the Arcola Lakes neighborhood with a 38 car parking lot/drop off/service area and a secured play area. The design of the project was undertaken by the Miami-Dade County GSA and exemplifies the county’s commitment to green building.
