Pompano Fire Station 103

The Pompano Fire Station 103 project is part of a series of new construction projects to replace older fire stations in Pompano Beach and the second that The Spinnaker Group has helped to achieve LEED certified. The building consists of 12,816 square feet and two stories. Green building is required for all new government construction in Florida per Florida Statutes and this project was able to achieve LEED Gold Certification.

  • Energy Cost Savings of 30%
  • FSC Certified Wood of 57% by Cost
  • Green Cleaning Plan & Products
  • Recycled Content Value of 27%  of Total Materials Costs
