TD Bank in Homestead, part of the LEED Volume Program, recently installed solar panels on the drive through canopy. The Spinnaker Group provided consulting to the Contractor, GSD, for construction related LEED activity consulting and documentation. TD Bank Homestead is registered under LEED NC v2009 and targeting Gold Certficiation.
