The Spinnaker Group Announces Executive Promotion
MIAMI, FL – (July 24, 2018) – The Spinnaker Group, Inc. today announced that Jonathan Burgess has been promoted to company Vice President in July of 2018. Burgess has been leading as Vice President of Sustainable Operations for the LEED Project Management and Consultant Team since 2014. The appointment reflects Burgess’s record of leadership and results throughout his tenure at The Spinnaker Group, and his expertise in all areas of the company’s professional services during continued growth. He will now be leading the LEED Project Management and Consultant Team, as well as the Building Commissioning and Energy Modeling Team.

Jonathan Burgess is Vice President at The Spinnaker Group, a premiere green building consulting firm based here in South Florida. Jonathan and his team have helped inform the design of over 130 LEED certified building projects in South Florida and across the globe. He has over a dozen years of experience in landscape architecture and design, has LEED AP ND and BD+C accreditations, WELL AP accreditation, SITES AP accreditation, and over seven years working in LEED Project Management. Jonathan was recognized as the youngest LEED Fellow by USGBC in 2017, is a LEED Faculty, a WELL Faculty, and Living Building Challenge auditor.
